Political Party Contributions
You must have an Official Agent who is responsible for keeping track of all contributions of services, money, or other property made to your party.
No anonymous contributions can be accepted. Any anonymous contributions must be returned. If the contributor cannot be identified, your Official Agent must remit the contribution to the Chief Electoral Officer, who will in turn transfer it to the Minister of Finance.
All contributions from individuals or corporations exceeding $50.00 must be disclosed. Tell your contributors that their names and addresses, as well as the amount they contribute, will be made public if their total contributions in any reporting period exceed $50.00. The Official Agent will supply tax receipts to all contributors.
